refund??
Is there a way to request a refund for a steam sub? I did everything in this post to the letter and now it's been 6 days since I emailed support and haven't heard from them at all. This is ridiculous, I only wanted to equip artifacts and I've outleveled them now.
Swtor cannot refund something you didnt buy from them , your purchase is with steam
Swtor username ? i can see if they have an email from you ( it doesnt sound like it )
you can call swtor support when the lines open and request to upload the screeshots whilst on the phone , this way they have them and it can get resolved fairly quickly after that.
