Returning player. Characters gone!

Hello. I am returning player to SWOTOR. I have purchased a game at its original start and played with subcrition, now it seems game runs F2P. So i have logged into my account and all my charaters gone! Ofc i have look through the servers. I can't contact support via phone, and i can't even open ticket in the game... Don't know what to do, but i don't want to start from zero, i wonna continue to level my previous character. Maybe sm1 faced such a problem?🤐

    Are you 100% certain that you logged into the correct account? Also, make sure to check both the US and the European servers.

    Customer Service can restore deleted characters for you. It is possible that someone hacked your account and deleted your characters because characters usually don't disappear on their own.

    You have to be a subscriber for this. Just create an in-game ticket (under the Character category, not the Bug Reports category) and include details like the server name and the character name and write that you want a "character restoration request". Keep in mind that the ticket response time is currently around 3-4 weeks so you have to be patient. Or you can just start playing a new character in the meantime. 🙂

  • Can't sub till i convinced that my chars are safe... But ty anyway.

    You can try and phone to ensure your on the correct account

    if you have skype you can phone for free, see example here

  • Ty gyus, i just thought they can see my origin account and check things. Now i see that only call can help me. But i already tried to call them (btw i'am abroad of USA or UK). Looks like i cant reach support by phone(. It's really strange they don't have e-mail support in 2016. Will go GW2 at least here u should not sub to aquire support. 👿

    Have you tried calling them via Skype as @proxos666 recommended when he provided the landline numbers?
