So, I just came back after like 4 years of not playing and wanted to jump on a new character. Wanted to go for a sith maruader (Sith Purebloods being a race I purchased before) and I realized I couldn't. Apparently I have to unlock them despite the fact that I paid for them in the past. Here's the proof of me purchasing it back in 2015, along with some other stuff:

EA StaffI'd recommend contacting CS for that one if you are playing on the same server you've unlocked the species on initially (unlike the Cathar, Nautolan and Togruta, other species are server unlocks only, though the unlock would follow you if you transfered a character).
If you are a subscriber, you can create an in-game ticket (current wait time is about 2-3 days). Don't use the bug report category.
