I don't think it's been above an hour since the first crash. It took myself and my Ops group at least 10 minutes to all log back in just so we could confirm it wasn't an issue on our side. So, I suppose it depends how quickly the first report was made to EA, and the detail of information it contained as to whether they've been able to diagnose anything.
I'd imagine it would take some time to simply to gather the reports and start trying to diagnose the issue.
Not that much time has passed. I think diagnosing the issue is probably a lot more useful at this point than reporting an issue when you don't know what the issue is. What good would it do to be told there's been a server crash. Anyone who's reading the messages here already knows, and anyone seeking answers will soon find them just as I did.
