I have this problem as well, Aug 13 2016, has it been fixed yet and I missed the bandwagon or how do I go about getting this taken care of?

If you are a subscriber best is to submit an ingame ticket to get the mission restored

You are best submitting an ingame ticket , they will not action from at that thread now
I am not a subscriber, so now what? Everything I have read points to me not being able to submit an in game ticket unless I am a subscriber.
