I use a ipad but they couldn't find my serial number. it worked before when I did a code then the codes stopped working so I had to do a new security key but I'm running into the issue with the serial number. what can I do?
If I guess correct (not much to go by in your post)
The Serial number for your Swtor Security Token is wrong.
Then you Probably need an newer App and remove the old before adding the new one.
try synchying the time on your phone, that might help you and the code will be recognized
I typed the serial number in how it is showed but the website can not find it and I've uninstalled the app twice
