To fix the account You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona zetatrigon (not Ekhelawon your posting on now) that EA account uses a Gmail email address
use the following link to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

Hello again, i cant login my old EA account because i closed my old mail address. For this reason i open new account on EA. If its help me, i can change my linked account. Also i cant buy the browser because in my country dolar is so expensive. For this reason if i want the play this game i must use Steam. Thanks for your help.
The account linkage is permanent between EA and swtor accounts
you can try an open a ticket at help.ea.com for an "origin" account persona zetatrigon and say cant login , and see if you can update the email used on that ea account
otherwise it is likley best to call swtor support when the lines are open to update the email used on the account for you
I already changed my swtor email address. I bought subscription and i cant use it because of some breucratic things. Okey i will send a email but before all those things, i want my subscription because i gave the money for this. Why i am access my subscription after 3-4 days? Why i cant access my subscription now? Sorry about again to open question in there. I updated few things for this reason i opened this ticket again but with a different account because this account connected with my steam and swtor. I bought subscription for 1 mont on steam this day but it hasnt come yet. For this reason i want to help and also i sended a mail to swtor's mail address. i presume you are @Ekhelawon , did you change the persona on the linked account ? the linked account should show you here as zetatrigon not Xepticus
anyways have flagged to get the account rechecked , response will be in about 12 hrs
I sended mail to swtor. They said me to call a number of swtor's customer services but i cant call them because i live in turkey and its so expensive. I want to change it because i cant access "zetatrigon" account. I deleted mail address of zetatrigon 6 months ago. But if u check this account you can see this accounts name also once "zetatrigon". This can be my proof and also i sended a pic my email change request on 2016 for zetatrigon account. (in different mail address) Idk really what can i do. I want only play swtor but circumstances are going un-solveable step by step for me. Please help me about it, thanks in advance.
