Steam sub not working
I paid for the 180 days sub through steam and it has not shown up on my account that I am subbed now. I got the email from steam confirming my purchase but nothing from SWTOR. I need to contact someo...
hello uh yes, I just contacted support and I just now sent them the required screenshots. Hopefully, this is resolved for not only me but everyone who went through this too.
Ok few things , recommend resending the screenshots detailed in the steam sticky as it appears the ones you sent previously may not of been up to the required standard
also you need to do the below before they can add the gametime
You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has a generated persona stealthyspy101 (not stealthyspy1 that your posting on now) that EA account uses a similar email to what is on your swtor account and is a ais-kuwait.org email
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
It ends in ais-kuwait.org?! But that's-that's impossible! Argh now I have to go hope that email wasn't entirely deleted. I'll go check it right now thank you for letting me know it would've never crossed my mind as I thought I changed all the accounts tied to that email to the one I'm using right now.
If you cant access that email address , call swtor support when the lines open up , they can assist updating the email on that linked account
I can't call any of those centers as I don't live anywhere NEAR them. (I live in the middle east :P)
damn it, I cannot access that old email. a quick backstory this was my school email, I had no idea that I had an EA account still tied to it as I thought I moved everything over to my Gmail as we were informed that our emails will be deleted when we graduate. I will try everything I can to obtain this, I managed to somehow open it on Microsoft outlook through constant security checks but I haven't received any emails from anyone on that email. I really need some help on this.
quickest is likely calling swtor support , otherwise can try and recover the account through help.ea.com , will need to select origin as the game not swtor
welp I downloaded Skype and just sent a message to the UK number hopefully I can do SOMETHING to help fix this.
