Hello there. I bought 30 Day Subscription through Steam and like a lot of people it seems, mine isn't working. I've sent an email like [INFO] Steam Purchase Not Working by proxos666.
Does the game start counting from the day of purchase(thus losing a day or more if the queue is long) or once the support adds it to the account?

I see. That makes most sense imo. Mainly asking because I've seen other MMOs start counting from the day of purchase when the player is under similar conditions(asking support for help because it didn't activate) and thus losing a couple of days.

Support have your email , however they cant add the gametime until the below is done
the linked EA account is disabled with its data wiped and it uses the same gmail email as on your swtor account
insert that gmail email address in this link it should restore the account
If you think you have sorted the linked ea account let me know and i can check
