Steam subscription dont work

To fix the account for future purchase, You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account uses the same email as on your swtor account 

use the following link (insert the swtor email) to reset the password then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

support have your email but cant add gametime until the above is done

Oh okay i restart the swtor passord but now i try to reset EA password but no eamil is coming to me and when i click Back To Login and erreor Something goes Wrong happend

OK i reset the password mails come with long delay

Done reset and login. Working now?

Can you tell me is my ea account accesable now? And support can now add subscription?

You should be good now , gametime has been added 

if you have asubscription in steam still , be sure to cancel it , it can be repurchased in steam once this gametime ends

My steam purchase 60 prepaid gametime didnt go through. Acc name: Phatcu.

It was linked to ea and steam and so on. 

I have emailed [edit: email address removed] a couple of hours ago.

Can you check this up? I have proof of purchase.
