Is this issue happening to just one character or all of your characters? Did you recently log out of a character while in a stronghold or flagship?
I can't even get to the server screen. It's a new install after months.
Press the Windows key and select settings
Go into Time and language, select region and language on the left
Click additional date, time & regional settings
Under region click the link for change date, time and number formats
Click additional settings at the bottom
Click either reset , or ensure . is decimal symbol and , is digit grouping symbol
Want currency to display as $ 1,000.00 there is an issue/bug if system currency displays as 1.000,00
Forgot telling that i already did that too.
Can you mention what antivirus and firewall you use and provide a dxdiag per this link
Also remove any compatibility modes applied to the game shortcut, launcher.exe or swtor.exe
