Stuck at the Archive section on the "Seeker's Vigil" portion of the "SoV" FP

What happens when the bug occurs? At the "Spirit of Vengeance" Flashpoint during the "Reach the Seeker's Vigil Tether Controls" mission I cannot progress onward because I cannot click on the Control Panel.
What do you expect to see? The Control Panel being lighted in blue, signalling that I can click on it in order to unlock the upcoming boss fight.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Start the "Spirit of Vengeance" flashpoint and progress until the "Reach the Seeker's Vigil Tether Controls" mission, then go down the pit, go up with the lift and go all the way forward until you reach this blueish shield with a control panel in front of it on its right side.
At the "Spirit of Vengeance" Flashpoint during the "Reach the Seeker's Vigil Tether Controls" mission I cannot progress onward because I cannot click on the Control Panel. The Control Panel is supposed to be lighted in blue, signalling that I can click on it in order to unlock the upcoming boss fight. (I know that because I've already completed this mission with a different character before) You can reach the instance by starting the "Spirit of Vengeance" flashpoint and progressing until the "Reach the Seeker's Vigil Tether Controls" mission, then going down the pit, going up with the lift and going all the way forward until you reach this blueish shield with a control panel in front of it on its right side. So how do I solve this? How can I use the control panel and progress towards Troya Ajak?
