Stuck on Chapter IV: The Gravestone. Lana is missing.

Question

I am stuck in SW:TOR in the Knights of the Fallen empire chapter 4: the Gravestone.

I chose to go with Lana and find supplies. I have reached the end of the area, and have to talk to Lana under a giant tree with water around it, after a Rancor fight. However, Lana does not appear and I cannot reset the quest.

I have fast traveled back and tried approaching the area again. this did not help.

The phase reset is working best on fleet.

Check as well if you have two Missions from KotFE/ KotET in your Log.

You&nbsp;have to leave the phase before you can reset the quest. Exit the phased area (= walk out of the green door) so that you are in the open world where you can see other players, then reset the quest via the quest window. You'll have to redo the chapter from the beginning but then Lana may show up.
