Stuck on Quick play mode on character screen

Unable to get past character selection screen.  Above characters it say Quick Play Mode and it shows 99.99% loading and nothing happens.  The swtor installer downloaded game and verifies before start everything is fine, however if I want to run a repair from installer I'm unable to use, it is unavailable.  Submitted ticket 2 days ago, was no answer, submitted new one yesterday because previous ticket was gone, now all tickets are showing but I can not modify them or create new one, still no answer to any of them.  Just re sub last week to check game and this is just about the worst thing that can happen,  no I'm not about to go on a 12 hour uninstall everything and re-install the game journey.  Any ideas how to get rid of the Quick Play Mode?
