Sub issue
Had an initial issue with my SWTOR account not letting me resub (4 year gap). Got the error message saying there was a problem with my EA account. Reset my EA account PW; updated payment method on EA. Refreshed browser and login, paid for subscription on SWTOR, it shows in my purchase history on EA. In game when I log in it still shows preferred. Not sure what step to take next.
