Subscribed, still Free to Play

Hello!

I purchased the featured 60 days of game time with no renewal billing. In my EA account the transaction status is marked as completed, but in-game I'm still listed as Free to Play.

    @Madstarkone 

     I would say that swtor account doesnt have any purchases, but support can confirm what is going on

    Support are adding the gametime very shortly , you should get an email when it has occurred, if you are logged into the game you will need to log out and back in for the subscription to reflect correctly

    Gametime has been added, you should also see a purchase history link on the subscription page now too

    check the status of the transaction in your swtor account 

    have flagged to check the account , response will be in about 10 - 11 hrs when support are online here for the day

    The status of the purchase on swtor systems still shows as open, that status needs to either change to closed or failed

    if it closes and the gametime doesnt add pop back can chase further

  • Well the transaction listed as completed on my EA account, with some description under the litle questionmark like: all item is transfered to the account.

    I dont know where is it open, or when it will be changed to closed or failed. But after almost a day nothing changed as i see.
    When shgould i reply about this?

    the transaction must be showing in the transaction history page of the swtor account for the swtor account _Weiss 

    if it isnt i would start to wonder if you are looking at a different account

  • I am in the correct account as you can see on the atached photos.
    I also dont find any transaction history page.

    I can provide more image from my EA account transaction history, or even my banks billing about the purchase if you will.
