I just bought a 60 day sub for SWTOR, and its been roughly three hours, and i still haven't got my account status up

Also, I believe I've been charged three times, as the three times I tried to pay for it it would error out, then I would try again. It seems to not have errored out after all, and is charging me two extra times then i wanted to pay for. If I could get refunds for these two that were not meant to be paid, that would be great.
