- @proxos666 I keep getting the twitter error when i attempt to do anything with buying / changing my payment options. DedTheros should be my account name.
I tried two EA account that I have and reset them both and tried ignito mode. I do not know if it link to some other EA account cannot recall from all the way in 2013. Nothing works. Just keep getting maintenance error. I clear cache, ignito, tried on another computer completely and nothing. I reset my EA password like 3 times so far and nothing. Is there a way to find out which EA account is connected to my SWTOR account? If so, I would love to know cause it just seems out of the blue? Never had any problems till now.
Tried doing Redeeming code but when press it, just tell me EA billing error thing.
I do not KNOW what to here at this point. I tried resetting password on EA. This is frustrating because I put so much dedication in and now I'm stuck being preferred forever and end up unable to access many of the things that I loved doing. I can't redeem anything, can't buy subscription, there's nothing I can do.
I'm quite a loss here.

Thank you for the help the password reset seemed to do it. I wasn't paying enough attention and it was that I was using my gmail ea account instead of my yahoo one.

Hi I am having a similar issue to a lot of people here. I just purchased a 60 day subscription and have received a confirmation email but it doesn't appear to be reflected in game.
Do I need to merge my SWTOR and Origin accounts?

I have paid for a sub that isn't being recognised fully in-game. I have 29 days remaining on the account page of the website, and I have received in-game mails stating that I have access to expansions, however no perks are working and my status remains "preferred".

Did the payment 4h ago recieved the confirmation emails almost instantly but in game... everything is still locked to preffered...
Was no modifications to the account in terms of emails or passwords so scratching a bit my head.. (even was said with paypal could take up to 1h, but this is getting weird).

I attempted to buy the single-purchase 2-month 30$ subscription on the SWTOR website an hour or so ago, but it said it did not go through; However, at 13:51:26 EST today my debit card has been given a pending charge for -$29.99 from "EA *STAR WARS TO R". I double-checked my payment history on this EA website and the SWTOR website and it still has nothing except the subscription history I had from a few years ago.
I also just reset my EA password if that helps.
Obviously: I would like the purchase to go through, but at the very least I want to make sure the purchase is refunded if it can't.
