Seems your EA account filibooom and uses the same email as your swtor account is banned
you will need to open a ticket via help.ea.com to get the ban lifted , see https://help.ea.com/en-us/help/account/electronic-arts-account-suspension-policy/
Hello.
I am returning to the game after a number of years and was wanting to purchase a 3 month sub. However when I go to purchase it I get an "SWTOR.com is temporarily unavailable as we are experiencing extremely high traffic." I have tried the two work arounds I have seen on the internet, i.e. resetting my EA password and using a different web browser. What are the next steps I should take? Thanks!

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has no persona (should set one) (not Player_sn0rugmo) that EA account uses the same email that is on your swtor account
use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword (put the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing
for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
Support said you have emailed , and best to wait for the response
Edit - is this error saying redirection strategy error ? if so try removing the payment details from the swtor account and the linked ea account and then re add the payment methid to swtor see if that helps
if it doesnt you will need to see what support have to say as i am not privy to that.

I login my EA account https://myaccount.ea.com, and delete my old, expired debit card. After that i succcesfully subscribed.
