You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has the persona decrisss (not Fdaneau) that EA account uses a lapresse.ca email

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared

recommend using incognito mode with chrome or delete the web browser cache and cookies

I no longer have access to that email account. I do not have the login information (actual PW for the account)

call swtor support when the lines are open and see if they can up date the email on that linked ea account for you

I am taken to the maintenance page every time I try to subscribe. Ive reset my SWTOR password and tried different browsers to no avail. My SWTOR name is Pope_Goodvibes

You need to reset the password on the linked EA account that account has a pregenerated persona (not PopeGoodvibes) that EA account uses the same gmail email that is on your swtor account

use the following link to reset the password https://signin.ea.com/p/web2/resetPassword  (put the swtor email in the link) then login on that EA account to fix the swtor account for purchasing

for future purchases, use incognito mode on chrome initially if you purchase on swtor.com to be sure browser cache and cookies is cleared
