Support said you called yesterday and got fixed , good to hear
Hello. Few hours ago bought two months of subscription. Payment went through, but payment status in account activity says 'open' (for previous purchases it is described as 'closed'), and my game is still in preferred status. My username is " Alenkaa ", please help, and thank you.

have flagged with support , however it will be Monday before a response here, only way quicker will be to call support whilst the lines are open
the payment does need to change to closed before game time can be added, it may just be delayed

Been subscribed for years, took a break summer of last year, but did not unsubscribe. Weeks ago, I logged back in and it said I was "Preferred", I went back to the website and re-subbed, thinking I wasn't subscribed anymore as it said I wasn't everywhere I looked. Turns out I was still subscribed but it wasn't updating in-game. I reactivated some characters and reset my password (as was recommended) and figured it would update within a day or so.
Today I logged in and it still says I'm preferred (even though my account on the website says I have an abundance of subscription days remaining) and have to pay again for all of the QOL subscriber unlocks. Don't know what else to try / do.
Today I tried to subscribe for 60 days, but got a message to try later, the same message the second time. They blocked my payment twice in the bank, I still have the satus free-to-play. I am asking for help in solving the problem. My account name is Ryannxue. I would like to refund one and add 60 days.

I also tried to subscribe for 60 days and I got the message to try later. The payment was accepted in my ea account and by my bank, however I still have the status free-to play.
I have tried resetting the password to both my swtor account and my EA account.

EladBell is the user name, tried through steam and it never went through, then tried several times through the website for an error message..

started a monthly subscription, and the status is not reflected in-game, shows only preferred status.
Hey guys and girls, and @proxos666, I have a 90 day recurring sub but I logged in the game and have been made a Preferred Player. My last sub payment is closed on swtor.com. I am in Australia so I'm not sure calling will get me through in a timely manner. May I ask for any advice?
