Hi there,
I bought a one-month subscripition two days ago, but I noticed that it did not activate ingame. I tried logging out and restarting the game and so on, but it still did not work.
So I wrote an email - with the screenshots of my steam info and purchase history - to the support team. The problem is I wrote that email two days ago and still didnt receive any response.
Now I am wondering now if I am still in some sort of queue or that I messed up something and they did not even receive my email.
