Subscription Not Activated After Completed Payment
Hello,
Today (February 12, 2026) I purchased a 30 Day Subscription. The payment shows as “Completed” in my Payment History, and $14.99 was successfully charged.
However, my account still shows:
Subscription Active: No
Recurring Subscription: No
Because my account is still considered Free-to-Play, I am unable to contact support in-game.
Could you please check my account and activate the subscription?
