have flagged with support when they come online here , your account will be disabled for purchasing at moment , likely due to the linked ea account needing a password reset
calling support is also an option, they will get you to upload the screenshots whilst on the phone, and refund the purchases for you
Support said you called yesterday and got the 6 purchases refunded, so that good to hear
have you sent the proof of purchase as requested ? not sure why they didnt get you to upload them to a ea ticket unless you didnt have them at the time of the call

@proxos666I sent the screenshots yeasterday and still waiting for the confirmation. And yet to see the refund going back into my account when i check my banking. Still a preffered player.
edit: refund now seen on my end, resent screencaps and await confirmation - 5 years ago
