Subscription Status Open

After purchasing 60 days of Subscription, it says I'm a Subscriber, I have received my 525 Cartel Coins and I have my 26 characters on a Server. However, I cannot create a Booster Character yet and it the Subscription Status says "Open". Any idea how long it normally takes to say Closed? Thanks! (Probably just me being Paranoid.)
