Suscription not working

Hello,

I have payed the 60 days one time purchase in the Star Wars The old Republic website and in game is not working.

My account is:

Display name: Ckl🤭n

email: [edit: email address removed]

Purchased date: 08/04/2020 (Today) 26,99 €

The account is linked with Steam with account name: jyrso

Support said your account is ok now to purchase , so any purchases made now will work as intended.

the purchase made whilst the account was disabled will be refunded once it is closed in their system

I had the same issue when I first started. you may have to re-download and make sure that the payment method is saved to your account for in game purchases

Now I have payed a monthly suscription and everithing working fine, the account is unlocked but the purchase date: 08/04/2020 (26,99 €) still not refounded in my bank account, six days have passed.

Just checked on the refund , it was refunded on the 7th so it should appear any day now on your side.
