SW:TOR - 409 - Conflict

Question

Hey guys,&nbsp; I have a small issue with my SWTOR account. I want to subscribe for the game, but whenever I try to issue 409 comes out and it tells me the following&nbsp; "There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance." I dont know how to contact customer support. Is there a chat or an email I can access, since the only way for me to directly contact them is through a phone call from what I can see.

Error 409 means there is an issue with the linked EA account, that EA account likely uses the same email address to create the swtor account&nbsp;You can try a password reset on the EA account,&nbsp;use this link&nbsp;&nbsp;to reset the password then login on that EA accountBe sure to use incognito mode with chrome or delete the browser cache and cookies to be sure it isnt cached if purchasing on swtor.com
otherwise&nbsp;call swtor support when the lines are open
