Try the latest driver version 382.53 (Italian) if you haven't already , failing that try rolling back to 378.92 (382.05 was a bad driver version for a lot of people)
The dxdiag is showing windows update failures but is likely not related to this issue. you can open a command prompt as administrator and run the following command
sfc /scannow
also there is crashing issue for some with creator , so right mouse click on the game shortcut and select properties then go to the compat tab and tick disable fullscreen optimizations.
Edit - as a unrelated to this issue, the dxdiag says your using a HD15 VGA cable , you should get a crisper image if you connect using a DVI-D cable to your Philips monitor.

i tryed the 2 drivers and the game continues freezing, i have the game installed in volume G: can this issue be caused by this? do i have to reinstall it in local disc C: in program x86???

Drive installed shouldn't have an effect
Freezes are hard to pinpoint with no error reports, I have even seen malware cause game freezes so worth running something like malwarebytes just to be sure as well
given assassin's creed revelations and the force unleashed are freezing as well it is something more systemic than game file related me thinks
Edit - install this particular directx redist as well just to be sure about dx9 files and given the other games freezing also require a directx 9 video card

Press the windows key and type reliability and open the reliability history and see what errors are being recorded recently
It appears from the dxdiag that windows update is having issues, if the reliability history is still showing issues with updates, it may be worth running an in place repair/upgrade
ISO can be sourced from this link , use the inplace repair detailed at this link , doing it this way no programs/data etc are lost.

Do the other games also freeze still ?
What is being listed in the reliability history ?
- 9 years agoIn reliabity i saw that there is an error in windows put off, other games stilo freezing

Make the changes detailed in this link just to be certain
May need to test it isnt the video card itself, easiest way to do this for you is to enable the AMD video in your CPU and then disable then pull out or disable the Nvidia card.
Dont forget to plug the monitor into the motherboard instead of the nvidia card itself.
See if the freezes still occur using a different video card

I have noticed you have bitdefender installed , this has caused issues from time to time, and disabling doesnt work the only way to know for sure if bitdefender is causing issues is to actually uninstall it.
I am reaching the limit for remotely trying to ascertain what is going on here

so,do i have to uninstall bitdefender?

When did the game last work on your current set up? Your DxDiag looks fine from what I can see.
Any recent changes to your system or operating system?
Does the game client start after you press Play on the Launcher and then crash, or does it not load at all?
