May need to test it isnt the video card itself, easiest way to do this for you is to enable the AMD video in your CPU and then disable then pull out or disable the Nvidia card.
Dont forget to plug the monitor into the motherboard instead of the nvidia card itself.
See if the freezes still occur using a different video card

I have noticed you have bitdefender installed , this has caused issues from time to time, and disabling doesnt work the only way to know for sure if bitdefender is causing issues is to actually uninstall it.
I am reaching the limit for remotely trying to ascertain what is going on here

When did the game last work on your current set up? Your DxDiag looks fine from what I can see.
Any recent changes to your system or operating system?
Does the game client start after you press Play on the Launcher and then crash, or does it not load at all?
