EA QV TeamDefinitely a tough one. I think we've exhausted what troubleshooting we can provide with the information you've given us so far. We'll probably need to move on to investigating an MSInfo report from you, but that's a privacy level above what we can handle publicly.
Can you send an email to support@swtor.com with a description of the issue, a list of troubleshooting steps (you can link to this thread), run the LauncherDiag.exe and attach the TGZ files for the guys to investigate?
