swtor email validation error

I've just reached level 20 in swtor and I've been asked to validate my email. I've created 2 new email account (gmail and yahoo) tried it on another browser but it keeps saying my email can't be validated and to check my url.

    I found away to fix it so it's all good now, I put my original email and phone number in the basic information for my account and it worked. Thanks anyway.

    If you're still not receiving the validation emails to a brand new email you've just created, you'll need to call in so we can investigate it further.

    Swtor Accounts are not deleted , so it still exists if that was the case, if your email happens to be gmail.com, you can use googlemail.com without changing emails as they are seen as different to the system.

    Phone support is available 7 days a week , numbers are at this link  you are best to call the UK line

    • UK: +44 203 0141 826 (Phone support available from 15.00 GMT - 3.00 GMT)
  • I've played the game several times over the last few years and at various points I've wanted to subscribe. Same problem each time, no validation e-mail. If they can't fix such a simple problem they're not worth the effort to give money to. It's just happened again, tough luck for them, maybe next time (if there is one).

    @Redskymods

    If your having issues receiving the one time-password, please try the steps in this guide here.  I tested it with my gmail account and received the email within about a minute.

    If that does not work, change the email on your account to brand new email you have not used before.  If you change the email on your EA account, it should change it to your swtor account as they are linked by default.  Then resend the validation email there.

    To avoid the validation email for the future, I recommend adding a security key to your account as per the steps in this guide here.
