SWTOR I can't retrieve my account
I am a returning player after years. I have been a subscriber for a while and with my account linked to a physical security key. Lately, I've been trying to log onto my account but it doesn't let me. I tried to reset my password through SWTOR but it tells me I need to input my Security Key but it seems it's not working anymore. The first time I turned on the physical key it displayed random letters and a few numbers until it began giving me security numbers again. I used those but still no luck in changing my password.
Therefore I went to EA and changed my EA account's password (same email). I tried logging onto SWTOR with the same password since logically also the password there would change but nothing. At this point, I don't know what to do to retrieve my account. I sent support an email but I haven't received an answer yet.
Before anyone says: just input your Display Name and password without security key so it'll offer you an OTP; it doesn't do that. I input my SWTOR Display Name and EA account password but it just tells me it's invalid. Same for when I try and change my password: "an error has occurred". I don't know what to do anymore.
