SWTOR: I dont get sub from origin

today I bought at the origin svtor Digital Starter Pack and activates the code that received on my email. Now I go to my account and I see that I am not a subscriber, but f2p account! what is that? where is my subscription?

For security purposes you need to call as @kirara_flik stated it cannot be resolved via the forum.  They will verify your account and then should be able to fix it to a subscription.  You can use the below information to contact them but yes for security purposes they do not assist with account related issues via a public forum.
