SWTOR Launcher stuck at Installing 0%

any AV, Firewalls active preventing this?

Any issues with the internet provider ? 

I had once a block for downloads because they thought I download illegal movies and stuff 

Well I currently have Avast Premier installed on my machine but I disabled the firewall on it and the only firewall I have running is the Windows Firewall but I added the exclusion for both the launcher and the swtor.exe files, so I'm not sure why it's still giving the issue, should I disable / remove the antivirus completely?

Well, even though that avast is not one of the strongest AV, however I would't remove it completely, deactivating for test should do the trick. 

Sometimes the router is blocking with firewall, I would recommend the router to get new lease, by turning off and around 5 seconds later on again.

Do you have a different pc, laptop for test at home ? Try the download there if possible. 

Otherwise a friend can also copy the folder on an external drive, and it should just update the files with the missing one. (not the recommended version due to system safety, but an option) 

Right now I currently have all shield controls disabled on Avast and attempting the installation again, it is currently still at Installing 0%, also before I uninstalled the game where i had the problem of the launcher being stuck at 97.63% downloading Main Assets 1 it was on the SSN and not BT, what would cause that and is there a solution for it because i've tried multiple times before to restart the launcher and repair it

From what you've telling here, it appears there is something blocking the download. 

Did you restart the router? It may sound stupid but it really can effect the download. 

I would try the following: (keep in mind its an recommendation not a solution)

Go into the System start and disable all apps there. 

Agree to the changes made and restart computer. 

Just start the launcher now and see what happens. 

As I am not entirely sure what OS you are using but out of the blue try to open as Admin. 

No solution: enable all necessary apps in the system start again. 

I have not restarted the router, will attempt when i return from work, how long should i reset/restart it for? Also I'm using Windows 7 Ultimate Service Pack 1 64-bit. "Go into the System start and disable all apps there. Agree to the changes made and restart computer." I'm not too familiar with this option/feature, you may have to walk me through it on Windows 7 Ultimate

if your on SSN take the system to a full clean boot per here

Thanks, but currently the launcher is on BR with ST in the lower corner of the launcher, if I switch back to SSN again i will try the full clean boot and see if it works
