SWTOR lost Security Key issue

So I went away from SWTOR for a while, and i'm trying to come back. However, I no longer have the cell that used for the security key. When I went to the forums to see what to do, EA says to click on...

Ha, know what? it's fine. I managed to get my old cell to work through wifi and got a security code. now i'll just make sure i get rid of the security code option. thanks anyway

See, that's just the issue. there IS no link to get a email. when i click "lost your security key?" it just sends me to this page.

Do get an new one using an android emulator or use winauth then the key is on your PC.
