SWTOR Not Responding After Watched the KOTFE Clips

So, I created a boosted lvl 65 character, However after I got done viewing all the beginning climatic scenes of KOTFE, it gets to the screen where it says "In a galaxy far far away." Then it just stops there the program its self is still running and I can use my cursor but it's just a black screen anyone know a fix without uninstalling and reinstalling?

Edit:
I tried contacting the in game support but they locked it and never got back to me.

Support got back to me and said that I should lower my graphic settings, for the scenes are more demanding than others.

Couple of things you can try. First I would ensure that swtor.exe and launcher.exe are added to your firewall / antivirus safe list. Not sure what anti-virus your using but see below for issues with specific ones if your using them:

ESET - disable "protocol filtering"
Kaperskey - disable "scan secure/encrypted connections"
Norton (Firewall) - set exceptions to "Allow" not "Auto"

If it is still freezing up, please attach a copy of your DxDiag log as per here.
