SWTOR Odd Resolution and won't load

Hello. I have a Windows 8.1, 8 gb ram, 1 tb hd, 3.60 Ghz 17 Intel Processor and an Nvidia Graphics Card. Recently, after attempting to utilize the dual monitor setup of my computer, I followed the recommended "Fullscreen (Windowed)" in order to do this. As a result every time I open SWTOR, it adjusts the screen resolution of main monitor and SWTOR shrinks to taking up only 1/8th of the screen and not having any windows. Then SWTOR does not load, remaining in this small state, while all system resource information registers the game as "running". Even when switching windows the monitor resolution remains adjusted but SWTOR disappears. After closing SWTOR, the screen resolution returns to normal. The issue is, since the game will not load, oddly due to the window setting change (very weird) I cannot access the game to change the settings to do so. 

I have attempted to apply display settings meant for older systems, to see if I could access SWTOR as well as disabling my secondary monitor (and vice versa) to change the issue. Does anyone have an idea why this is happening and how I can fix this? Attached is a screenshot of the issue
