Swtor STEAM subscription not working

Bought a subscription on Steam, but its not activated in game. Accounts linked, send an email at SWTOR support but there was no answer (Email is send from adress used with my SWTOR account). SWTOR...

@proxos666 I know there must be a sorted queue, but could you at least give some feedback that the email is in this queue?

Running out of feedback is really frustrating.

Should have something back in the next hour , support have just come on line for the day
