SWTOR Won't Install At All

Swtor is not able to install on my computer. I tried to launch the setup but it says some execute stuff and then the last thing (That is visible to my eyes) it says is Output: C:\Users\a7l7\AppData\Local\Temp\InstallSwtor\Setup.exe and then closes. Any help? I don't wanna clean restart but if it won't work ill go ahead and do just that.

Create a folder where you want the game installed

Place and extract the launcher repair utility at this link into that folder

create a desktop shortcut for launcher.exe

you should be good
