Tatooine Strongholds causing random FPS spikes

How often does the bug occur? Every time (100%)
What happens when the bug occurs? FPS drop significantly to the point where it could be unplayable depending on how many decorations (varies stronghold to stronghold).
What do you expect to see? Every couple of minutes. Usually starts 3-5 minutes upon entering any Tatooine Stronghold with a lot of decorations.
Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Go to any Tatooine Stronghold with a lot of decorations and wait for several minutes.

I am currently experiencing random FPS spikes in both my Tatooine Stronghold and other player Tatooine Strongholds with a lot of decorations. One minute my FPS is 100+ then the next minute it drops by 50-80% (as low as 10-20 FPS) then the next minute it's back into the 100's. Several other players have experienced the same issue in my Tatooine Stronghold and have conveyed this happens with all Tatooine Strongholds in general with a lot of decorations. I have monitored what is occurring with the windows task manager and it appears to be related to the GPU usage (somehow caused by SWTOR Tatooine Strongholds - possible memory leak).

I implore people to go to a Tatooine stronghold with a lot of decorations to verify this is happening to you as well. Just stay for a few minutes to see if you ​get random FPS spikes as well.
