Technical Issue with Subscription

Question

Hello, I have a technical issue where when you initiate a Subscription to the game through SWTOR.com, you are supposed to get 500 Cartel Coins. But I renewed my subscription while my previous subscription was active and about to expire 1 day before. Now it has been more than 1 day, and my previous subscription plan ended, and the newer subscription plan started, but I didn't get the monthly 500 Cartel coins that you are supposed to get.
It shows that I am a subscriber in both the Website and in-game. So I dont know how to proceed and raised this ticket can you guys help me ?

check when the coins last arrived and they should arrive within 30 days to 33 days (72 hr window)if nothing after the 72 hr window email mailto:support@swtor.com&nbsp;

Okay, Tomorrow closes the 72 hr window if not credited, I will mail them. Thanks for your help
