Temporary suspension in game

I received a temporary suspension in game, 1 week. However, I cannot log into the actual website to validate my subscription. Thank you for any help you can provide - it keeps just saying ERROR;Try Again Later.  My subscription renewed as of Monday June 1st, 2026.
