The game wouldn't start

If you go to C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\swtor\retailclient

does swtor.exe exist in that folder , just want to be sure the Antivirus hasn't removed it

yep swtor.exe is still there

ok moving on, there is 2 logs.

1. is the latest launcher log with today's date found in the log folder in the main game folder.

2. is found in the bitraider folder and is called swtor_swtor  

can you attach both of those , want to see if they both think they have handed over to swtor.exe

Ok if I am reading this right, the launcher log is handing over ok to bitraider side to launch swtor.exe , but that isnt occuring, it is shutting down.

Can I confirm you deleted the bitraider folder as mentioned in the guide I linked at the start to trigger the repair ?

The 404 is usually a page not found return , however in this instance it is likely a firewall/antivirus block  , if you cant see anything out of place with the av and firewall

The best way forward maybe to disable bitraider, however it involves a new game download , directions to disable bitraider are at this link

one benefit of disabling bitraider is that  the system can be taken to a full clean boot per this link when using nonstreaming.

on the launcher will be the letters ST on the lower left this signifies streaming is active and wont be there when using non streaming

I have to get going soon so will have to check back tomorrow its 10pm here 

yep i  deleted the bitraider folder before , going to disable bitraider and will see what happens, thank you for the help

Also did you take the system to a clean boot per this link now that you have switched to SSN ?

i used the cleen boot still no luck and here is the log

If you press the windows key and type reliability and start the reliability monitor , are there any entries listed when swtor tries to start ?

nothing happens when i type reliability

did as as the link says it's empty for some reason, it says it will need a few hours to calculate index , is it because of the clean boot?

Potentially take the system back to a normal boot and see if it helps, few hours is unusual it should be minutes 

i am at the normal boot now but it's still the same, should i wait a few hours or try something else?

There is another location that things will be listed although reliability monitor is good

no record of swtor in the event viewer

I would be looking for errors for something other then swtor at present, possibly C++ or .net related

If you download this directx redist (Link) and install it , this game is based on directx 9 so a refresh of this particular redist cannot hurt

will be back , is there any other issues on the system that your aware of ? is it only swtor that is being a pain at present ?

no detail will be too small at present , diagnosing remotely is difficult

everything else is fine swtor is the only problem

No definable error being reported is odd.

Ok lets look at the language set in windows just to be certain.

Can you try changing the language to either english uk or english us as a test ? just in case for some reason it is failing due to the Russian set

also ensure currency is set to display as 1,000.00 and not as 1.000,00
