There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account
Hello!
"Old" swtor player here, I would like to get back in to the game and get my swtor subscription working, but nothing seems to work and I run to the same message everytime:
"There is an issue with your Electronic Arts account which will prevent SWTOR purchases until resolved. Please contact customer support for further assistance."
I tried contacting the email but no help, so lets see if this works.
Iam a recurring player BUT I think my swtor account have been inactive for a while, so this might be the issue?
But any help is welcome and I hope i can get this issue resolved!

Sorry to see you running into this.
Considering your account has been inactive for a while it might just have been disabled due to inactivity.
If you've already emailed SWTOR support they should get back to you as soon as possible. If you've got in touch with EA Help you may need to get in touch with SWTOR support directly. I'll include some links here to help you get in touch.

Get in touch with SWTOR support, they should be able to look into this with you and figure out what needs to be done to get you back up and running and into the game.
