Trying to create an account

Ive been struggling to create  a new account to play SWTOR (im a first time player) and i cannot log in to SWTOR because i need to verify my account. The problem is when I get sent an email to verify my account i leaves me with the same invalid link and message "The webpage at https://5441pqqt.r.us-east-1.awstrack.me/L0/https:%2F%2Fsignin.swtor.com%2Fen%2Fregister%2Fverify%2FovUO_VUySbwWgIjVarfPUHrUI1dGywKLsmOTNUK5tpMAAAAAAc07yA==/1/010001984f5a8948-5c71472d-4814-456e-b4e0-3ca7601f8b3c-000000/jNpDiO3fZdiYwhpSJ6sfsAU1dGs=436 might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address." 

does anybody know a fix to this issue?
