Trying to revive old account without password or security key
I haven't played SWTOR in a couple of years and I have an account that uses security key validation. Unfortunately I no longer have the old STOR Security Key app on my phone, nor do I remember my old password.
That seems to leave me in an awkward position. If I'm reading the online guidance correctly, I need to provide a security key in order to reset my password and log into my account, and I need to log into my account in order to set up a security key on a new authenticator app. Rather a catch-22 situation.
Is there a way to get around this and gain access to my account?
you are best to call swtor support when the lines are open, they can remove the key manually to allow you to reset the password
