Trying to sub but not working
Hello everyone,
I am new to EA as I just created my account and I am trying to subscribe for 30 day in SWTOR, but when i click on "subscription" and buy now, it says there is a problem with my EA account which will result in me unable to make purchases until resolve, and to contact support for help. Do I need to have payment method on my account on the SWTOR website for it to work, or can I just purchase subscriptions/redeem a game card and then enter my info? Sorry for all the silly questions; I am new to this.

Nvm I got it to work. Did some really deep research and stumbled across your post on changing the EA password and stuff, and it worked.
