Unable to launch game

I am able to get to loading screen but crashes shortly after 5 seconds of clicking play. I've tried   the  troubleshooting steps from here . [Guide] Game failing to launch on Clicking Play | EA Forums - 10748081  . No luck on being able to play. Any help  appreciated.

    can you disable/unplug this audio device Headset Earphone (CORSAIR VOID ELITE Wireless Gaming Dongle

    If audio source is changed after launch the game can crash

    Cant hurt to install this for the monitor either
