The login server currently unavailable message can occur when the launcher cannot talk to launchpad.swtor.com
usually the computers antivirus and firewall can block the launcher and the result is the message you see on that screenshot , and launcher.exe needs to be added to the exception list.
The website login is another matter though (although antivirus can interfere as well with the browser) , i will flag with support to see if any account issue exists before looking further
response will be in about 8 hrs

Ok it seems your account has been locked since yesterday due to the linked EA account has been deleted
When your swtor account was created it is linked to a EA account which is the basis for purchasing etc , and if that is deleted it breaks the associated swtor account
See https://help.ea.com/en-au/help/account/close-ea-account
Deleting your EA Account will permanently break your Pogo or SW:TOR account. We cannot restore Pogo or SW:TOR accounts when this happens, so we recommend you keep your account active or temporarily deactivate it.
If you want to use these accounts still, we suggest you either keep your EA Account active or deactivate it, rather than delete it.
Read the bottom part of the page i linked about restoring deleted accounts first
otherwise If you know the EA account that was deleted , i would raise a ticket at help.ea.com to get the account restored , once that occurs the lock on the swtor account can be removed. - 3 years ago
I never touched any EA account I have, according to the link I'd have had to contacted EA specifically and I never did. I have no idea how to check what EA account it could have been tied to.
Edit: I called Customer Support, they basically said the account is useless now because there's no email attached to it. I don't understand how they can basically destroy my account when I'm 99% sure I did nothing to the EA account it was linked to. They never mentioned any way to get it back and the only solution was "Just get a new account," which is the most EA response I've heard in a while.
