Unable to receive patch data. (309)

Every time I attempt to login on the Launcher I am given "Unable to retrieve patch data. Please check network connection. (309)".  The launcher works fine using my home wifi, but gives this error wit...

    @proxos666

    So I did two fresh installs of the game and it seems to work now.  Don't know what changed between the two, but thanks for the help.

Latest log shows the same errors.  By the way, thanks for bearing with me here, I'm all sorts of confused.

    The login failure is no longer appearing but

    2016-01-26 02:48:45 ERROR Version file doesn't match any version in patch manifest: patcher (e212)
    2016-01-26 02:48:45 ERROR Deleting C:\Program Files (x86)\Electronic Arts\BioWare\Star Wars-The Old Republic\patcher.version, and trying again.

    What Antivirus and Firewall is used , it maybe worth ensuring the game shortcut is running as administrator
